Emman has successfully developed and launched innovative dining concepts, including HǍO Modern Dim Sum and Fable Café + Lounge. His entrepreneurial expertise in branding and hospitality extends to Cebu, where he has played a key role in shaping renowned establishments such as Labeled, Den, Rumour Gastropub, Dine PH, and Burg Haus.
